So Im wondering if this client is really just scamming or will he really pay me back ? I did his hdd job since I had one lying around then after that he have another request

Yes. If i remember correctly he asked to build a pc and then after that he asks to benchmark it or something along that line then he pays.

Yeah, he actually pays you. But you must be prepared to run at a loss first, first spending money on a new HDD, then building a new PC, then upgrading it.
