You can either look for the best wattage for the particular setup or you can just put an overkill PSU in the machine that won't meet efficiency curves but will power the machine. If your building a Dual GPU machine with a high end CPU, you're going to want to go 1000w + but for a single High end GPU machine you're looking 650w - 800w, These are rough numbers for you to get an idea, not concrete xD
