Does wattage power make a difference on graphic cards?
Would this help on quality or something? I need to update a graphic card and im trying to figure out a way to save more money if this can really make a difference or does Core Frequency and Memory Frequency do most of the work?

Thanks.

You can google a power requirements calculator and that will tell you roughly what wattage power supply you would need to buy (Roughly), You can use this as a mock up for the game and give you a better idea in the future.

You can either look for the best wattage for the particular setup or you can just put an overkill PSU in the machine that won't meet efficiency curves but will power the machine. If your building a Dual GPU machine with a high end CPU, you're going to want to go 1000w + but for a single High end GPU machine you're looking 650w - 800w, These are rough numbers for you to get an idea, not concrete xD

If benchmarking not required for this particular job - you can put in cheapest possible PSU. It'll work just fine (until loaded with GPU-consuming task).

omg im so sorry but i forgot to mention that the wattage I am talking about is from the Graphic cards. The cards have wattage power. Do i need that for required PSU or does the wattage help with the GPU in general?
