-You try to turn on the on the pc if it turns on it will tell you whats wrong [CPU,RAM,Boot(HDD)].
-If not you either have to replace the motherboard or the power supply.
-If the machine still says diagnose after it boots up its probably dusty
Even though it remains so slightly as to be difficult to see, if "it is one of the problems of this PC", they will not give you completion of work unless it is completely resolved ...
-A HDD or SSD is broken but it's not the boot drive
-there's viruses on the PC (this is the most often case)
This. Most likely the email mentions something like 'it's not as fast as it used to be' or 'I clicked on something funny.' If you see this on a repair job, a virus scan becomes mandatory to complete the job.
Every time I try to run 3dmark it crashes it wont tell me whats wrong. I cant replace the RAM because its not mine can someone please help me
This helped, thank you very much!
If the system has multiple sticks of ram, Install the information app and check the total memory. If it doesn't match what's installed, there's your problem. Also, check all the case fans and the cpu cooler. One of them may be dead. Give it a dust as well.
