if there is dust, it is not considered as fixed even it boots well.
I've had this before and at one point it was thermal paste and the game didn't tell me it just never turned over from "Diagnose" to green fixed. Because some systems can boot to the desktop without thermal paste installed. Some systems can boot to the desktop with no -HEATSINK- installed even! ... ugh.
Hey @dev if you're reading this the problem might be somewhere with the ram, I had to replace some ram for a client and the job didn't complete until I put the ram in the right slot.
