no 144hz resolution
Had this problem before and hoped the patch would sort it but even though the resolution options have changed, i still can't get it to change. i have a 144hz monitor but it's stuck on 59hz no matter what i do.

Anyone know of a fix?

Nope, the game does not support refresh rates that high. And there is no point in running this game above 60 hz, the walk speed is the same regardless of what refresh rate your system can run at. This is not an FPS with rapid movements and lots of action, it's a calm, laid back simulator. That does not matter here, and most likely will never be supported because it's pointless for this game.

I can play it at 144Hz just fine, try messing with your NVidia Control Panel settings

That's blatantly false. Running 60hz on a 144hz or 165hz screen looks like trash but luckily this game supports up to 165hz nicely and may even support 240hz.

As for Ally, you likely need to make sure your monitor is actually at 144hz in the monitor settings. Add me if you want help with how to check or just google it.

Its only trash if your used to the higher rates :P

I chose 4k over higher refresh. But Ive seen and appreciate the appeal of it.

I didn't mean like that. If your monitor is set 165hz and you only get 60 it tears like hell. I have a 1440p 165 and a 4k 60 and I love them both.

Yea ive seen the tearing. But i thought myself that was limitied to face paced games such as FPS and racing games. The more you know however, i appreciate you clearing it up earlier.
