You're not doing anything wrong. You can't install two power supplies in a single case in PCBS in any computer case. It's not possible and it never will be. The game isn't designed to handle that.

Even in real life how would you even connect two power supplies to a single computer? There's no "dual power supply load balancer" that exists even in real life either.

There is that random weird new motherboard from Intel that supports I think 3 power supplies however.

The idea is the second PSU supplies power to your pumps.

You don't need an entire power supply to power water pumps in a computer even in real life. Most water pumps pull 20~30 watts at most. If your build is so border-line on the edge power wise that you can't handle an additional 30 watts then you built the computer wrong.

It's not so much "power requirements" as it is pathways for the power to get to the components IE cables and cable slots the 2nd PSU is needed in that case to power all of the fan slots etc is what they're trying to say.

Yeah I can't seem to mount a 2nd PSU either they probably haven't added compatability for it as it would require them re working the way their voltage monitoring software works im GUESSING either that or they're just being lazy or have put adding that feature in off to a different date.
