Diagnose and Fix RAM Issues
Every time I get a Diagnose and Fix contract with bad ram, even if I change the ram with a similar one (same brand, speed and gb) it doesn't consider it fix, do I do something wrong?

If you're replacing a broken RAM module with an identical replacement and it's not saying it's fixed, then you're missing something else. Possibly another broken part, possibly a virus scan. Check that all the fans are spinning and that all the drives are visible in the BIOS. If that's all good then run a virus scan and see if that does it. If that still doesn't work then the can of air and go ham for a bit and see if there's dust that needs to be removed.

Also just to be clear (although it seems you're doing this perfectly fine) you have to replace the RAM with something that costs at least as much for it to be considered a replacement. Obviously it also has to match any other modules still installed. But if it's the only one for instance and you replace it with a similarly spec'd module that costs $5 less then it considers that inferior.

Not sure what you're missing but based on what you're describing you're not doing anything wrong, you're just not doing something else.

Check HDD. Always. Often they are also broken, even if the computer is running. But because of the faulty HDD, it's not marked as "fixed".

You may also check, if thermal compound is applied and the cooler is connected. In case it's not, the computer will run, but it will crash when performing the 3d-mark.
