Case fans
Is there any way to know which fans you'll have to buy (120, or 140)? So I'm sure that they will fit in the case, so I don't always buy the wrong case fans.

this.
Also, if the front panel can support 3x120mm, it's always better than 2x140mm

Now, case fans are very cheap, so unless you are in the very beginning, you should buy some stock of 120mm and 140mm of the best CFM you can (unlocked to you, and I usually buy 6 of each, so a stock of 12 case fans.)

Also, unless you go for a specific overclocking, and you need those fans to cool it more to reach a certain OC speed target, you don't usually need to add more fans than what the case comes with.

At some point, later doiwn the road, you'll crawl under Mortonis 120mm though... every time you strip them from a case to make a better looking one... so if a case come witthout any, just slap a few of those crappy ones lol.

There is no "right or wrong" case fan. Many computer cases support both 120 and 140mm, both in-game and in real life. If you need to buy a case fan for a customer build or a computer build in-game then just get which ever fan has the highest CFM number, 120 or 140.
