change case of an upgrading PC

Customer asked me to install 128 gigs of RAM, so I have to install a E-ATX TR4 mainboard. But it won't fit in customer's case, so I need to change it first. How can I do it? I can't just take the sticker from the table an bring it to another one...

You will unlock later on a smaller size Mobo that will let you install that in that case.

I believe it's a story mission job with no deadline right ?
So just hold on the job, until you can finish it.
If it was an RNG job with a deadline, then it's your responsability to check what fits the case before accepting.

The game will not let you change the case.
