because solutions, we may give you, but maybe it's parts not unlocked to you yet ?
But a few tips before you come back to us.
When OC is asked for a GPU, ONLY CORE clock is taken into account.
Which means that if you cannot reach said OC speed due to overheating, you may want to DOWNclock the Memory clock to be able to OC more the core clock.
Now that's for jobs that don't really need a score.
Also on those OC jobs, there is NO NEED to OC per say. so if you have an unlocked GPU (or CPU for that matter) that reach asked OC frequency, you simply install it and it validates.
So for your CPU for instance, do you have the Intel Core i3-7300 unlocked ? it's already @4000MHz (or the i3-7320 it's even 4100MHz)
For the GPU, do you have the EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING 3GB unlocked ? It's already 1708MHz base core clock.
For the MSI components, as long as you have ONE single component meeting that request, you are all good, so you can go MSI Mobo or MSI GPU (or both)
On some of those, if customers ask you for a SilverStone component, you could go with a SilverStone PSU and not necessarly a SilverStone CPU Cooler (or vice versa). A single Arctic case fan would be enough for an Arctic fanboi, etc
So now, for your very build, I can have a $810 PC that meets your requirements as far as those numbers go.

All that if you simply enable the RAM XMP (which brings you @2600MHz, and don't ask me why this mobo jumps from 2600MHz to 2800MHz and does not accept the base speed of 2666MHz...) will give you a score of 3342

Now if you don't have those parts unlocked yet, just hit us again.
That's really nice to know that i'm not supposed to be below of the Value i have to achieve.
Going to try that as soon as im playing PCBS again. :D
