- Cooled by the Silver Stone HE 01 (171CFM)
- Antec P110 Luce tower
- 3 front + the back case fans are EKWB Vardar 120 mm at 77CFM each
- Top case cooling are 2x 104 CFM Arctic Bionix case fans

Now what you don't tell us, is if you need a specific score, or the brands the customer wants, but with what's left of budget and what I used, I guess you are pretty safe to adapt

Yea, the silicon lotery sucks. I had run into this problem before. I will have to try buying multiple CPUs.
Untrue. The top tier is the Cryorig QF140 Preformance @ 128 CFM
That beeing said, I never stated they were the best. I just stated I used 2 of them on the top.
