GPU usage 100% all the time
I have a G-sync monitor, I tried enabling v sync both in nvidia panel and in the game, nothing seems to work, even if i drop the quality I get 98% at best, any fix for this?

GTX 1080 ti
i7 7700k (5ghz)
32gb RAM 2666mhz

Same problem here. And freezes too in Main Menu and when finish the day but music still plays.
Go to the nvidia control panel -> 3D Settings -> Manage 3D Settings -> Global settings tab -> Scroll down to Vertical Sync -> Make sure it is set to "Use the 3D Application setting". Then load PCBS, go in-game, and toggle V-Sync off and then on again and make sure vsync is enabled.

What is your monitor's resolution? Are you playing on a 4K screen?

EDIT Here's my big gaming system with my 1080 Ti. GPU3 is the 1080 Ti, the other two are other stuff.

1080p @ 80hz vsync locked. Averages 40% - 45% usage, no where near 98% usage you're claiming.

However, if you are using a 4K screen then 98% usage is probably accurate for a 1080 Ti. They struggle to do 4K in most games.

Aquafawks is right: change resolution and your problems will be gone.

However the 1080 Ti is enough to play in 4K (with no very high specifications in exigent games).

Slightly off topic but that is no way accurate. A single 1080 Ti is no where near fast enough to do 4K @ 60 FPS minimums (as in always 60 FPS at all times and never ever drop below even once) with modern games @ 100% maximum settings (all settings on, including AA and everything offered). Even the 2080 Ti struggles with 4k @ 60 FPS @ max settings. There's a lot of reviews around the internet demonstrating both of my statements above. Just google for "1080 Ti 4K benchmark review" without quotes and look at a few of em. This is all why I'm sticking to a higher refresh rate 1080p setup at the moment with this computer. I'm aiming towards a 1080p @ 100hz or 120hz panel later this fall.

Em... I think you quoted me: "[...] with no very high specifications in exigent games."

So, you quoted that and leave a comment saying that a single 1080 Ti is not able to support 60fps with all the maximum settings. That is what I was saying too but, OK. You get the medal.

i'm at 2560x1440
makes no sense that i get 99-100% usage and get some random freezes in game

I have a 980ti and I had to set the NVidia control panel to max the Frame rate to 60 and reduce from 2560x1440 to 1080p before I could play the game without having my GPU burning up and fans sound like a jet engine. I have NO IDEA why this game needs to be sooooo GPU hungry.

I used nvidia inspector to set the fps limit at 100, still 99%

I feel your pain with this game I almost always Max settings on every game and run on 2560x1440 at 60-120 FPS. MY GPU is usually quiet. This game (even though its set in basically a plain empty room) for some reason (even on lowest settings) fries my GPU like no other game I've ever played.

I noticed that if i'm only watching a black screen i'm at 85% anything else is 95% at best

Is this only with the game running? My 980 ti idles at about 60°C 0RPM low% usage but when I launch this game it rockets up to 100% usage and (even on lowest settings, 1080p and 60FPS cap) it's 85°C Plus with fans roaring.

only with this game, it idles at 44°c and it goes to 80°c after 2 min of playing
