Uncorrectable Hardware Error - I cannot figure this out.
I have been trying to build a PC from scratch, and I am truly clueless at this point as to what else to do.

The contract is to build a PC for 1425$, 6920 3D Mark Score, two GPUs, AMD CPU and level 8.

I have built the following so far:

Antec Dark Avenger DA 601
GIGABYTE GA-AB350 Gaming 3
AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core 1400
Shean Powerking 400 (I know this is more than needed)
Team Group T-Force DARK 16GB 2400 MHz
2x MSI Radeon R9 390 Gaming 8G
Mortoni EZStore 120GB
NZXT Kraken X52
2x ARCTIC BioniX F140

I am getting the Uncorrectable Hardware Error about 45 seconds into 3D Mark.
I have exchanged the PSU all the way up to 600w, that didnt work.
Went from 4GB 2200 to 16GB 2400 Ram, that didnt work.
I went from a small to a middle sized case, and went from one CPU and one case fan to liquid cooling 110 CFM and two case fans with 104 CFM.

I dont know what to do at this point, but please feel free to fully change the specs.
Any tips will be appreciated, I wanna learn as much from this as possible, so I know how to prevent this in the future.

Also if there are any specs calculators out there that are really good, send them my way too!

Already thanks for your help.

That build in dual GPU needs already over 600Watts... (without any OC)
So you say you know 400Watts is enough... you tried with 600W... and yet it wasn't even enough.

When you want to know if your BSOD is from a wattage issue, you need to run OCCT for a good minute on INFINITE mode (to let time to build up the wattage use)

And yet, your build with that setting would hit about 6617 (with a single RAM stick) or 6766 (with a dual RAM sticks)
Result with 1 single RAM stick

Now for your build you probably should go with :
AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core 1400
2x 3200MHz RAM
2x Shean GeForce GTX 980 GAMER XL
Score 6942
And you may still need more than 400W, so get a 450W for safety

You may get to your score on your dual current GPU with an AMD Ryzen 5 Six Core 1600 or by OC (if it's unlock at your level) an AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core 1500X (so there.. even more wattage needed)

EDIT : and yet... unless you can make use of used parts... not sure you fit the budget... but damn can you go way cheaper on the CPU cooler... that's some extra money not needed there. If customer wants an AIO, then go with the cheapest thing, that will still allow you to OC the CPU for a 100MHz more at least (maybe even more)
And if he doesn't NEED an AIO, there are some pretty cheap 100CFM air cooler.

EDIT 2 : and I forgot the calculator that is up to date
