Created a new Windows profile and the game ran fine. But not having any problems with any other games. Just this one.
Either you use a GOG version, or... I'll not say more.
When you OWN a game on STEAM, you have a mouse icon near your name, which is missing totally in your case.
So maybe we should not really try to debug you more here... but when games have minimum requirements put in, that's for a reason, and not "but..." "I want to play this ggame, but...." etc.
Those minimum requirements are what devs KNOW that will be able to run the game without "But"...
You MAY be able to run game while beeing below those, it's not a guarantee, while devs guarantee you you will be able to play the game as long as you meet those minimums.
So either "revert back" to the "version" you were able to play, or if you own the game through GOG, IF they have a refund policy, you may want to try to ask for it, because you'll never be guaranteed to be able to play th egame beeing under minimum requirements.
one guy from support just helped me and the game is running perfectly now xd

Hi,
This looks like it is having an issue trying to load a custom MP3 file?
The best way to try and fix this would be to go to the Windows registry (via regedit in the search bar) and navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\The Irregular Corp\PC Building Simulator
This keeps all the settings for the game, if you remove these keys it will set all the game settings to default and should allow you to start the game again.
Regards,
The Irregular Corporation

Worst is that this music issue has been around the moment they integrated music player in game, and yet, it's still an issu some face...
Appreciate the info bro.
Developers might want to add a pop up if the game doesn't run right to try to run again with default settings.
