You say this as if I've never seen it, I said I did, so this just comes off as condescending to me but thats just the vibe I'm getting from the rest of this thread so I'm not reading into it too much. Perhaps its not as big of an issue for me. I can never go back to 60Hz for my racing games, but having gone back to 60Hz recently due to a faulty monitor the difference is night and day, yet I notice no difference in PCBS other than when walking around but then again its never been the smoothest experience to begin with even with my specs.
You've been nothing but condescending, rude, and abrasive to everyone in this thread. Is that why you're posting here? Just to upset everyone? Is that your goal?
This game ran at 60 FPS for me when I first ran it, until I set it to 144 in Riva Tuner.
Once this is set then all games will detect your monitor and you change the setting in-game and it will "Just work".
EDIT: By the way... I went to look: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=163
The latest public build of RivaTuner was posted in 2009.. and only supported up to Windows Vista. It doesn't even support Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10. Why are you even mentioning RivaTuner?
I can confirm that it is as the above build as I am using it.
However, I think we should end this here until we get a more civil and productive discussion going, I'm no moderator so you can do what you like really lol but come guys, we've all been on these forums a long time. lets just let this one flow under the bridge and move on.
Edit: No problem FtDC - I understand people can misinterpret things the wrong way a lot of forums and I've done this myself a few times which is why I try to take everything at face value on here now until its obvious what tone the message is.
Also if (according to you) PCBS does have a 60 FPS cap, then how do you explain me and others getting 120 FPS in the game without ever touching RivaTuner Statistics Server? I don't even have it installed with MSI Afterburner myself because I don't need nor want the overlay. I have 3 screens and I just use the MSI Afterburner detachable hardware monitor graphs on another screen instead.
Some call it Rivatuner, some RTSS, some (like me on 1st page) MSI Afterburner. It is from old days.
Anyhow, it is now part of MSI Afterburner and it is not just for showing overlay, and overlay does not have to be ON.
Here is how you can cap FPS in any game with RTSS:

Just thought I'd point that out. But yea thread ended lol.
