I just don't know why you need to go over 60fps in this game. It won't make the repair and assembly of pc easier at 120 fps.
Have you check in CP is it maybe Monitor Native Resolution set on 60Hz
But, there is really no need for higher than 60, even that is high for this game.
Anyway, who am I to tell you how to play, check CP settings under Display - Change Resolution and on the right side should be Resolutions to chose and even more right is Refresh rate.
That is if you on Nvidia card, of course, I have no idea ow it goes with AMD.
Vsync caps your FPS to the refresh rate of your screen. So if it's capped at 60, you have a 60hz screen.
Your monitor can not physically render any FPS above 60. Even if you were to some how get the game to render at say 500 FPS, it would just have visual tearing above 60 anyway.
Don't be that pleb that thinks anything over 60 FPS is pointless, because the ones that do, have never played on a decent rig and monitor that can do more than 60 FPS.
I notice in other games if I lose 3-5 frames from 144 FPS, it's annoying.
For games like PCBS there is literally no discernible difference what so ever between 60 FPS or 144 FPS.
You have NO CLUE what you're talking about.
Do you have a monitor that does more than 60Mhz? If you do, test it out and pay close attention to the posters on the wall. If you can't see a difference, then you must have bad vision.

Speaking of not knowing anything... you do realize if they have a 60hz screen that setting a higher FPS in these programs isn't going to increase their FPS at all with vsync on right? Vsync locks the FPS to the refresh rate of the screen. If they have a 60hz screen then that's 60 FPS. There's no setting of anything in any program that will change that as long as vsync is on. And Vsync can be turned off, and let the gpu render all the frames at hundreds of FPS, but that causes tearing and is generally undesirable.
I wouldn't consider myself a pleb either and as a trained Engineer who's moved into Quality control on Aerospace and Automotive parts my eyesight is pretty damn important and checked every year before you say I need them checked.
I have played quite a bit at 120Hz (not in the 144Hz club yet) and I agree, its better for A LOT of games but I do not think it is one of them.
This game for me used to run at 100+ FPS with Vsync off so I can only think the dev's capped it for whatever reason on or after V1.0
Why do people have to suddenly start attacking each other these forums, can you not have a discussion without insulting people? Do you have to make your point by assuming you are the smarter person?
Civil discussion helps people more who are looking for the same answers.
You better get a refund on that lasic then, if you can't see how jaggy it is at 60 VS 120 (144 in my case). When you are moving and looking around obviously..
That is the difference between 60FPS and 120+. It's more smooth.
We get it. You spent a lot of money on an expensive 144hz screen and you think every game is smoother because of your expensive screen. We've already established that not all games benefit from faster refresh rates. Can we move on please? Or I suppose you can continue with your targeted insults and baseless arguments if you really want to. You're not helping anyone by the way.
I don't think $250 for a monitor is expensive.. So in your condescending way, I'll take that as an insult.
You're also just assuming the OP has a 60Hz screen. Maybe OP doesn't have it set up properly?
But it's a FACT, PCBS or ANY GAME, is more smooth with higher FPS. Which you say it isn't....
So, if the OP does have a monitor that can do more than 60FPS, I said get Riva Tuner to unlock the frames. How is that not trying help??
