How to rotate case fans?

[Blunder Bro]

Trying to line up some corsair case fans so that they are facing in X direction on each side, but for some reason the ones on the very of the raijintek enyo case have 3/4 facing one way and 1/4 facing another.

Is there a feature that I am missing or can you literally not rotate things?

I figured out that I can get the other side fans to face X direction depending on where my camera is when I place it. It is so stupid that I have to do that. Won't work on the 1/4 on top that won't rotate. I tried to rotate the other 3/4 back to face the same way but now I can't.

You can't rotate fans or radiators. They only install one way.

I have been able to rotate them with camera, but one of them refuses to follow suit.
