Report a translation problem
The bad thing though, is that you don't have any informations on how many connections a PSU has, and only very few will give you that problem.
I'd put that on an unlucky draw, and remember to never buy again that very PSU (fortunately you have enough possibilities to choose from at same or very close prices for same wattage or higher wattage)
EDIT : If memory serve, for me it was the SilverStone ST65F-PT
EDIT 2 : yep went into freebuild and indeed that PSU with a dual GPU with 2x 8pin cannot be connected to that PSU
