See if you can change it to a 2.5" drive (maybe SSD) and look for 2.5" drive slots elsewhere in the chassis. I think that case has 2.5" drive slots and then you shouldn't need the big 3.5" drive bay anymore. It should be removable (Drive bay).

Very unsure of what your issue is.

Here is a build in freebuild with a Fractal Design Define R5 case, 2x 120mm radiators, 1x 240mm radiator, and 2x120mm front case fans.

All that with 2 HDD's
The only "buggy" part is that if you have the all cables auto connect (for the inner case) then cables might not connect all fans. I had to rework it manually in freebuild (a reason why I never buy this tool in career...)

Pics of the build, with all RGB watercooling and case fans for visibility.

Now as you can see I DON'T use the front case for watercooling, maybe that's your issue.
But there are enough other places for your radiators, and as technically you need to fit only 1 if you don't go for overclocking much...

Sorry for double post, but that's for visibility.

Now if it was a STORY job, and you initially built the case and filled it with case fans that are now customer tagged, then unfortunately, that's an issue that may not be "solvable" as you created it.

That's why for story jobs, I just build minimalistic but just enough to complete the job, without going fancy, leaving myself a wide range of upgrading possibilities and cheap repairs.

Also a good reason to always manually save BEFORE giving back PC's to customers (to reverse in case of mistake) and also as well BEFORE accepting new jobs, to be able to reload and reject what could become impossible jobs, without taking a penalty for abandonning a job.

I've solved my problem, turns out i need to use a rigid pipe for better flexibility. Thanks for all your responses
