-=- INSTALLATION -=-
1. Read this :D
2. Exctract the file this readme is in(the .7z) with a program such as 7zip or winzip and then open the newly created folder.
3. Backup your original file that will get replaced (sharedassets1.assets)!
4. Drag the contents from this folder (apart from this .txt)
5. Run the "700SeriesInstaller.bat" file
6. Start the game

There is no official mod support for PC Building Simulator. If you want to mod the game, you do so at your own risk.

by risk do u mean getting banned?

You won't get banned, but you may risk breaking your save. I recommend backing up whatever files a given mod replaces and testing them first on Free Build.

Actually you can totally get banned from steam for even discussing this in public for a game with no official mod support. I might would suggest you try to delete the entire topic if you still can.

That's completely ridiculous. I haven't heard talk of anyone being punished for mods or mod discussion on a single player game since The Movies forum, and that was 14 years ago.

I agree it is completely ridiculous. But.. rules are rules. And the rules do say no discussing of cheating in the steam forums. And technically any kind of modification for any steam game that does not officially have mod support -IS- cheating. Even if it is a single player game.

I'm just trying to watch out for that. I have seen people banned from steam just for posting and discussing this in the PCBS forums in the past.
