matrexx 55 rad/fan issue

when doing a build for a customer i noticed if in the matrexx 55 case, you put a evga clc240 on the front top position, i was able to mount a deepcool rf120 fan below it on the front side of the rad-mount. which should be impossible since the screwholes are blocked by the rad. so either the rad isn't positioned properly and should be higher up or the fan should be lower down. i have screenshots of this btw, don't know if i can insert them here, also have not tested with other rad/fan combinations.
