Can you post a screenshot of teh case while you try to remove it ?
Maybe a collision bug issue, but that's the very first time I hear about an issue with that cooler.
But as with new updates, some case bring some weird new collisions issue...
That's maybe a new, but not so frequent combo between a specific case and that cooler.
here´s the screenshot. The name of the case is raijintek thetik or something like this
You need to rotate the case a bit and be able to find the cable that connects that cooler to the Motherboard.
That's not an easy one, but you'll find it.
To help you find it, highlight the motherboard, and spot where that cable appears between cooler and Motherboard.
