More Like BFME II

Throwing out my opinion, I think this game would be more popular if it was more like Battle for Middle Earth II except historical instead of fantasy.

BFME II is basically traditional RTS with a touch of Total War lite.

So small battalions of soldiers, rts base building, heroes, upgrades, plenty of unique faction units, conquest style campaign map (mode like War of the Ring), skirmish battles, traditional rts battles.

But also keep the current mp as a type of game mode.

Thoughts? Agree, disagree?

I like this game as it is but Battle for Middle-Earth II is probably my favourite strategy game of all time. I'd love to see a true successor, but they just don't make games like that any more, for whatever reason.

It's also my fave too. And there is literally no other medieval/fantasy game like it which is such a shame. Closest gameplay-wise it DoW 1 (my fave sci-fi rts).

No idea, and it was an EA title.

Back when EA did some weird awesome ♥♥♥♥ out of nowhere and then just stopped.

I would rather have more Historical Civilisations like the Saladin DLC even with a twist for the sake of gameplay story -

Yes the best picture in the genre, I would give good money for Ancestors with opportunities of BFME

Just wait till BFME Reforged gets released in the next year or 2. It's going to be great!
