It's an odd bug that's been there for a while, it seems. Save frequently and reset whenever that occurs, and you should be able to make it through the game in English eventually.

I unistalled it. I'll wait until they translate it properly or fix the issue. Seems like there's no interest in doing that, though, seeing as I wrote that months back now.
