Yep, just now too. I upgraded my Desktop GPU but Drivers forced me to wipe and reinstall Windows 10 twice. Once as an upgrade that failed so thus the wipe. Ready to link my Desktop as the Primary to my Laptop as Secondary but error says I've used the Key too many times... I filed a ticket the ID in the ticket.
