All-Ghosts Mod Help
How do you make the steam version work with the all ghosts mod?

Let me be more specific... So this is a great game, I love it. It's certainly not flawless though, one of the biggest problems always having been you can't take ghosts back to previous levels. Well... somebody made a mod just for that, which you can download from the ghostmaster website. (http://www.ghostmaster.net/) The problem is that I can't run the mod off of the steam version of the game.
As I understand it the mod creates a second application called "AllGhosts.exe" and launches the game through that. Sadly that version runs a check to see if the game disk is inserted... which it's not if I run the game off of steam.

My point here is, has anybody successfully gotten the All Ghosts mod to work in the steam version of the game? If so how did you do it?

if you want all ghosts, just play the game. as to why certain ghosts can't be used in previous missions is because of one or more of the following factors
A) the ghost is in said mission, therefore it would be impossible.
B) some of the more powerful or complecated ghosts are too powerful to pass through the "time gate" (AKA the devs do NOT want you using that ghost, cause it would make the level so easy it would be sad...)

Very insightful that tells exactly how to use the mod.

I got it working a few months ago. I installed it as if it was the UK version to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ghost Master , then I renamed the AllGhosts.exe it creates in Steam\steamapps\common\Ghost Master\GhostData to ghost.exe and replaced the ghost.exe on Steam\steamapps\common\Ghost Master and Steam\steamapps\common\Ghost Master\GhostData with the new ghost.exe, ran the game normally trough Steam and the mod was working.

And yet Windwalker, a ghost you free only on the last chapter and one of the few who has a level 10 power, is also the only one you can use on past levels.

Did you do it for AllGhosts.exe or AllGhostsUK.exe?

UPDATE: Figured it Out. You need to use the AllGhostsUK.exe

Okay. Looks like elpescaderp has the right solution:
Install the UK version of the Mod
Rename the generated "AllGhostsUK.exe" to "ghost.exe"
Replace the "ghosts.exe" the game already uses with the new one in both the "GhostData" and "Ghost Master" folders.
Start a new game and when you finish levels you will be able to take old ghosts back to replay previous levels. Huzzah!

What are the exact steps for the US version im quite confused I replaced the exes in the plces mentioned but when i click the icon it says no disc inserted.

Same response off of the steam interface as well just a pop up of no disc inserted.

Those are the steps, is there one that needs to be gone into in more detail?
