I used Cogjammer, Boo, Shivers, Stonewall, and Ghastly.
I noticed a big part of getting the frat guys scared was using powers that physically manifested. Rattling chains, cold air, etc. didn't do much. Stonewall swallowing them, kinesis, TK storm, Wild & Crazy, etc. all worked wonders. I did have to use Ghastly to break the seance crew out of their trance, just like canadianclubb did. I also kepot them on the first floor by haunting stairwell areas pretty hard. Once on the main floor, Ghastly and Shivers in the main rec room, Stonewall out back, and Cogjammer in the kitchen kept frat boys moving and terrorized.
Fun game.
One of the best things to do is actually leave the seance crew alone until you have enough plasm to use Ghastly's top power. Then you can make all three flee in one go, along with anyone else who wandered into the room.
