No Menu on startup. Please help me fix this!
Hi. I was googling for help and tried their idea of disabling antivirus and it didn't help. Does anyone know the reason why it's doing this and how to fix it? Thanks

I somehow fixed it by moving files back to my folder. The steam mover somehow messed it up..not sure why.

What do you mean? I have the same problem but didn't move anything.

After I installed Just Cause 3 and Multiplayer I used the program called Steam Mover to move the game to a different hard drive to save room on my SSD. I started up Multiplayer and all I got was that blank screen on the image I linked above.
I tried all the suggestion that I looked up on google and it didn't help. Last resort I thought, maybe I'll move the files back to where it was originally and it worked for me.
If you are still having the issues..make sure it's installed in the correct spot like I did or try to make sure your antivirus isn't causing the issue. Maybe that can help you?
