need help about 2 achievements

Necroposting, but as far as I can see, you still need the achievements, so...
Hearty is for getting 5 hearts total, there's a nice guide on that already
Potato is hidden in the vanilla bowl level (just follow the harder, upper path), which is in the grasslands part of the map.
