I don't understand this one too. Almost noone has spell with ~0 cooldown. I remember rogue only (with 0.2). So cast speed is useless for other classes... But for rogue it also useless. Why do you need it? I don't know
but IIRC HoH1 didn't have cooldown reduction. it ONLY had skill speed. now that HoH2 has *both* i'm not sure what cast speed does. ask in discord?
but I picked up a load of relics with this on a ranger run and it somehow seemed to help or felt like it made something better.
whats the difference between weapon speed, like the in the flow boost to rythm; skill speed, like the boost to archery; and general attack speed? are they all the same? or do they do it differently and interact multiplicatively or addatively?
