Need Help Buying Potion Charges

So I made bank during one of my runs and decided to put the resources towards upgrading my village. Several upgrades later and now I can't find the NPC that sells you your very first potion charge. I just unlocked sorcerer but it will be rough without a flask. Anyone knows where he moves to or if another npc takes over his function?

The Alchemist moves in the Magic Shop first then just a bit below the shop into it's own corner : the Apothecary.

Yeah funny how that goes. A few upgrades and I just lost him, was sure I hit all the icons on the map too, but then it turned out he just moved south-west to his own little shack. x'D
