Bug:Whirlwind not damage when you have high weapon speed

when i have +15 weapon speed Trinkets and get war cry buff (+30% weapon speed),the bug happen

Maybe it has an internal cooldown/tick rate like most of the other skills/AoE ? Def sounds like a proper bug.

Had same problem with Whirlwind - did not do any damage some times, but some times do during run.
