What does spell power do?

the wiki says literally nothing about it, nothing here in discussions has any bit of info on it, just nothing at all.

Pretty sure the information is somewhere directly in the game. I think I just hovered over spell power to know what it was doing or something.

Anyways. 2 spell power = +1% damage to all spells.
Same with weapon power.

increases you spell damage.
If you have 300 spellpower it increases spell damage by 150%.
You can find this information by:
Open inventory > info (top tab) > stats > scroll down till you find the stat you want to understand.
