weird bug when trying to enchant a jeweled circlet

so I was trying to change the rare enchantment (blue) on my jeweled circlet when I noticed the right-option with the blue text was not enabled and white instead, funny enough, my other circlets can be changed no problem, but this "carnage jeweled circlet of Might" just cant. Instead of the blue text showing the enchantment it shows a white text that says "of insightfulness" and its only clickable on a very little part at the top of the button itself, however, clicking on it does nothing. Has anyone else experienced this where the blue enchantments cant be changed?

also, I forgot to mention, I do have plenty of blueprints for blue enchantments on circlets. Usually when you don't have any available for a certain item there's a text stating that you do not have any available.

Pretty sure it's the 'of Might' enchant, I have a circlet and a great axe with 'of Might' that are broken, because the correct enchantment is 'Mighty' (and it's a prefix instead of a suffix). Weirdly the enchantment still works, so a 'Powerful item of Might' gives both spellpower and weaponpower, which shouldn't be possible, but their enchantment can't be changed
