Blessing of light missing

Playing co-op with fully upgraded town. My co-op partner does have "blessing of light" to counter shadow curse. I don't have it, any idea why?

because you're playing in ng0. There's also a curse drink that is unavailable in ng0 because the mechanic is fully introduced in ng+

We are playing together NG +2 and I dont have it in NG +2

its possible that the buffs list didn't refresh after the host changed it from ng0 to ng+2. I am 99% certain reopening the loadout menu should work. The blessing requires chapel tier 4+ and ng+1

it is a bug that only the host in a session can access NG+ only buffs such as blessing of light, chapel bread, etc.

This was indeed the issue. I was entering tavern screen before host could change difficulty to NG+, thanks

bumping because my group has noticed that only the host can see the option for Blessing of Light and for some reason we cannot reopen the Launch Menu after closing it unless the host backs out and reopens the menu for everyone.

This is a common bug we run into all the time. Easiest fix: Start a run with nothing spent on the artifacts and then immediately end the run. When you get back to town it should be working properly and show correct buffs, food etc.

We ran into this and just fixed it by having everyone leave the session, setting everyone's individual game to NG+, then re join the multiplayer session and it will work.
