Summon Fiend Doesn't Work?
I believe essence is the purple bar right above health, no? I'm pressing V or 3 but I cannot see any fiends even though my bar is full.

purple bar is combo

Essence is the square buff with a number assigned to it that appears above your dash and combo bars with an icon identical to the "Essence" passive skill as you see it in your character sheet or at the skill trainer.
