Basically, after uploading a screenshot made public, you just link the item - in your activity feed you can find the screenshot with the link and item ID which look something like

Alternatively you can use a third party (image) hosting service, such as Dropbox, MEGA, Google Drive, imgur, ibb.co
That definitely looks like some lore easter egg.
