Bonuses and shared stats among characters?

Are there any? Like for example, if you level up your Wizard, every other class (character) gets +0,5 mana regen, is there a mechanism like this?

I'm sure there must be benefits to playing multiple characters, but I can't find them in the menus.

I vaguely remember HoH having a system which incentivised playing all available classes for better stats. I buffed up my main character this way and I hope I can do the same in HoH 2.
