What goes into the bottom right slot of your character?

Hello! I'm wondering what item can I place in the bottom right corner of my character. I'm in ng+1 right now and I haven't figured it out yet.

It's a cloak/cape slot.

no prob, and i like to add im not even at new game .... lvl 14 sorc so get one ;)

You'll get one randomly. They're just rare. Or check store. I have done like 15 runs of the game and have found probably 5 cloaks.

I'm in NG+2 and didn't know that. Figured my character class didn't have anything for that slot. LOL.
