Are accomplishment rewards shared between all your characters?
So if I finish an accomplishment and it shows 1 star, is that 1 star to the character I'm playing, or 1 star to all of my characters?

its your whole profil. so every character gets these bonuses.

Yes. So if you earn 100 stat points through achievements with one character it will be available on all your other characters.

Not only that, each class has a stat that they give all your characters a bonus to. Warlock is all resist, Warrior is health, Paladin is armor, Rogue is ... melee damage ? etc
