Multiplayer scaling is WACK
Anyone else feel like they are doing absolutely zero damage in a lobby of 4 players? I totally get why the game has to scale up enemy stats when there are more players, but I feel like I go from a badass hack n slash god to a wimpy little baby shooting spitballs at my enemies. The game is PVE, I want to be able to play with friends without ruining the game feel.

Additionally, there are very few mechanics or skills that even impact multiplayer. Why do no classes offer useful buffs to team mates? I know Warlock has his lifesteal zone and Ranger has their healing wisps, but can we get some passive buffs that encourage support roles and team work? I mean paladin hardly has any team-based skills and hes the damn healer! Give him a subclass for pure support play, please.

Some ideas for mechanics that would make multiplayer more fun (in my own dumb opinion):

1. a drink/blessing that makes you do more dmg/take less dmg when within a certain range of your team mates, but also makes you take dmg if you are too far from them. (I think this was in the last game...?)

2. Make the common enemies HP scale less aggressively, but just make boss fights harder. Maybe just add more minions to boss fights, or make us fight 2 of each boss at the same time? More challenge without the feeling of being so damn weak.

3. Add. more. support. subclasses.

4. Give us more trinkets or trinket set bonuses that help other players. Maybe a trinket that gets stronger based on how many players have it? So it only unlocks the 1,2,3,4 bonuses by communicating with each other to grab it from shops n stuff.

5. Make a gear enchantment that increases healing spell efficiency. This would be sick for supports to be able to really lean into their role.

6. Give us some of those puzzles from HOH1 that required teamwork! I loved the memory puzzles and time-based puzzles that were way easier with friends.

Any other suggestions? I love playing multiplayer in every game, but this game almost forces me away from it because I cant't stand how weak I become in full lobbies.

Forgot to mention Warriors warcry which is useless if you got wiz or sorc in the team. Rogue has its poison cloud with armor break and evation semi useless when paired with wiz and sorc. Paladins mana battery in the heal that actually helps wiz and sorc. I totally agree with everything in this threat. There's too little for multiplayer games especially on high NGs.

Oh yeah I completely forgot about warcry. I can't recall the last time I even noticed warcry being applied to me from my Warrior team mate. It's just not worth it when the upgrades don't also apply to your team mates. It'd be cool if warcry also healed your team mates.
Agreed, would bring down pressure for Pala if it did more than just increase primary attack. There should be clear division between front line skills and back line skills depending what class is used. Need to create pairing on front and back line fighters the way that there's heal class and buffs class so Pala dont have to abandon front line to try to support back line.
