No other languages?
Is there only one language at the moment? I remember this is an old game, it was re-released on Steam, I remember it has other languages

This is not an old game, it's very new. It started development 1 year ago. The game has taken the same approach as heroes 1, and rely on the community and workshop support for multi-language support that's coming soon hopefully

The home console version was released a year or two ago, and the PC version was re-released.

You're probably thinking of Hammerwatch II. This is not a re-release of that game. Also, you have it reversed. PC came out first, then console version.
