Feels weird how it is rn, cause the loot you collect does not reflect the actual anmount most of the time so it feels off

You have to keep going till you die. would be nice to know that because I thought I could backtrack and missed a lot of stuff. should be included in the tutorial.
For a game mechanic that allows you to send back 50% of what you are currently carrying, this seems a bit meh.
Then again, once the "donation" is low enough, you won't feel it that much on failing a run anymore. Seeing the deduction still kinda hurts, though. I get the motivation part of it (i.e. just don't die) but the randomness of the mechanic alleviating this just doesn't sit quite right with me.
I wonder if I would actually prefer to get rid of the bird altogether.
