how do you unlock the sorcerer?

Saw there was a sorcerer class in a wiki. how do i unlock?

You enter the dark citadel that is found in forest 1. There is a npc you talk to and that unlocks the sorc. But in order to unlock the dark citadel you first need to defeat the 2nd boss (shadowface)
