Blueprints not at enchanter

I have found quite a few blueprints recently that just aren't at the enchanter. Things like "of Mana" and none of the gear has the ability to have it enchanted to it. I've tried manually clicking over to the "of [Enchant]" side of the enchanter and for each piece of equipment there is nothing. Am I missing a step here? I have the enchanter fully upgraded I'm pretty sure, my guild hall is at level 8 and I just have one upgrade left.

mabye try equipping some weapons etc that you normally dont use and see if it shows up, sometimes you have to find the same enchant for different types of gear. theres also 2 categories of enchants, the green one and the blue one. of mana sounds like suffix, should be the blue one at the top iirc youll need a blue item for it
