Multiplayer save session for all participants
Hi,
Despite i love the game in singleplayer too, i entered in it mostly for playing with 2 friends of mine.
Was fun at first as the runs weren't that lengthy but from ng2 some of them are hours all togheter.
By testing a bit, only the one that made the server have all the items dropped till the point reached in the session where that puts us in an impossible way to continue from where we left it.

Are there any plans to improve this system in order that on resume of the server (from the one that made it in first place) all participants that were in the session to enter and have all items on them? Is this even possible for the system you are using for developing the game?

Thank you in advance for the answer, this is my most awful bummer for the game.

Good luck!

This works. You can resume as a client and you have all of the trinkets from earlier in the session

That feature is already in game. I described it in the multiplayer section here

So yeah, if you wish/need for it, you can "pause" your game whenever necessary. It is especially helpful with longer runs, knowing they can take a while depending on the flow.

Thank you both, will take a look on the post and will try the method described there.
Cheers!

If a run is taking you "hours" to complete. You aren't ready for that difficulty and either need to level other characters or get resources to buy the various upgrades for your main character.

While that is true it is also normal for new players to experience it at least once. Some just develope a misconception about that, but that is another story.

Thanks to the latest update the game has become even easier with an improved game flow. I just wish for more Shadow Curse mechanics.
