New NPC Missing?
They said it spawns in the Dungeons on NG+, right? I can't find them.

Ended up finding them, not sure if this is always how they spawn, but they were in the Dungeon in a small cell with a door that needed to be opened (like the ones which sometimes have the recruitable minions), and the cell had one of those small pyres in it

Saw mine too, in a corner of a pretty big but unique looking room. Like an uncommon setpiece for me. Not in a cell and easy to have missed.

Took 5 tries of going to dungeon to see him. Went to dark citadel. did 2 torches. and just rushed through floor 1 and 2 of dungeon.
