well theres only like 0-2 pr run or whatever and every single run is exactly the same as any other run so i guess most ppl just got fed up long before reaching 25 imps

Same reason why every achievement of classes reaching lvl 20 are at around 12%. The vast majority of the playerbase has most likely moved on after repeating the same "campaign" for the tenth time. The game is really not that good to constantly grind the same "campaign" over and over again.

You can use sarcasm, just wont change anything. People arent playing further or even coming back because of a genre definition.

Because most people likely stop playing before even getting past 25 runs. Not everyone wants to keep playing a game with such a shallow gameplay loop.

It has nothing to do with being a roguelite, and everything to do with being an incredibly shallow roguelite where every run feels nearly identical to the previous run. That gets old fast for a lot of people. Why are you always such a whiteknighting troll?

Because in every game 60-80% manages to get 5-10 levels or past first boss/act, etc. Then 20-30% manages to finish the game or get half-way thru with char levels. That same pattern happens in every game, doesn't matter if it's most popular or free.

Players abandon games very fast.

games in early access, but advertised as full game. full of bugs and online multiplayer laggy and most times unplayable. trust me I got 250h in this ♥♥♥♥. I'm not surprised that people hated it.
