Before entering the multiplayer menu enter these 2 commands:
e_cheats true
g_multiplayer_limit 5 (or whatever player count you want to allow)
In HoH 1 the profile will be marked as modded however and I think that disables achievements. Bit of a shame that slightly higher player counts count as cheats, as we have 5-6 a lot in my gaming group
I may have gotten some bad info on reddit or something when I went searching for the console commands to play the HoH2 demo. However in this HoH2 demo, the g_multiplayer_limit command returns a message in the console that e_cheats must be enabled (and then you see the "cheats enabled" message in the upper left corner of the HUD). Is that something that possibly needs to be fixed if the intent is to allow more than 4 players without marking a profile as modded?
No fixes needed. It works as intended
