Purple barriers?

You gotta find, and destroy a purple thing with eyes in a cave or something. You'll know when you see it. (Not the big thing blocking paths. Those you gotta kill from the other side)

If it doesn't have an eye go to the other side of it.

You guys talking about the big purple slime barriers blocking pathways??? Is there a way to clear them? I was able to go around eventually but its a pain...

Those are the ones you can kill when you get on the right side of them.

Approach from the opposite side and destroy the big yellow eye attached to it.
